Data Controller
This notice is prepared by TÜV AUSTRIA SILA KALİTE as data controller, under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698).
Personal Data Processed and Purpose
The name, company, email, phone and message you submit via our contact/quote form are processed solely to evaluate your request, respond to you and conduct quotation processes.
Legal Basis
Your data is processed on the legal bases of being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract and legitimate interest under KVKK Art. 5/2; and, where necessary, on your explicit consent.
Transfer
Your data is not shared with third parties except for legal obligations and where required by the service. Any cross-border transfer complies with the conditions set out in the KVKK.
Retention Period
Your data is retained for the period required by the processing purpose and statutory limitation periods, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

You may exercise your rights — including learning whether your data is processed and requesting correction or erasure — by writing to info@tuvsila.com.
