Terms & Conditions
- The application deadline is 10 business days before the examinations.
- For an examination that is not held due to reasons arising from TÜV AUSTRIA SILA KALİTE, if any fee has been paid, the paid amount shall be refunded upon the relevant petition.
- If the examination will not take place for a reason arising from the candidate, notification must be given at least 10 business days before the examination date.
- For cancellation applications made 10 business days or more in advance, 80% of the paid fee shall be refunded. If a cancellation request is made after this date, no rights may be claimed regarding any payments made.
- Payments are made in cash as a single payment before the examination.
- Those wishing to participate in the examinations must contact the specified communication addresses for the issuance of the official offer containing the required conditions. Otherwise, registrations shall be deemed incomplete.
