Refineries and power generation facilities are critical assets dominated by static equipment operating under high temperature, high pressure, hydrogen- and sulphur-bearing fluids and sustained loading. In these plants, tracking pressure vessels, columns, heat exchangers, furnace coils, storage tanks and process piping through non-destructive testing (NDT) from fabrication through commissioning and in-service operation is fundamental to preventing unplanned shutdowns and safeguarding personnel. Time-sensitive inspection packages for shutdown/turnaround maintenance, conformity activities under the pressure equipment directive, and wall-thickness measurements feeding risk-based inspection (RBI) frameworks are delivered from a single source. All reporting is traceable, based on internationally accepted acceptance criteria, and prepared to serve as direct input to the client's asset integrity management system.
