The value of the reports and certificates a conformity assessment body produces is only as strong as the ethical stance behind them. As TÜV AUSTRIA SILA KALİTE, we build our activities on the principles of integrity, transparency and accountability, operating in full compliance with the TÜV Austria Group code of conduct and all applicable legislation in Türkiye.
Our approach to ethics and compliance is not merely a policy document; it is a standard of behaviour embedded in all our processes, from recruitment to field practice, from reporting to customer relations. Our employees receive regular ethics and compliance training, and every identified non-conformity is handled through an assessment process independent of management.
Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption
No employee may accept or offer any gift, benefit or payment that could influence an inspection or certification decision. The zero-tolerance principle is applied without exception.
Management of Conflicts of Interest
Financial or personal relationships that could conflict with our personnel's duties are systematically declared, assessed and, where necessary, managed by changing assignments.
Fair Competition
We strengthen our market position solely through service quality and technical competence; we are not a party to any form of anti-competitive agreement or practice.
Whistleblowing Channel
Our employees and stakeholders can report suspected ethical violations without fear of retaliation. Reports are assessed confidentially and independently.
Protection of Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with KVKK and related legislation, limited strictly to necessary purposes and protected against unauthorised access.
Health, Safety and Environment
We plan all our activities, in the field and in the office, to protect our employees' safety and the environment, in full compliance with applicable OHS and environmental legislation.
