Welder / Brazer Certification Application Form (Metal)

You can apply for welder, welding operator, brazer and brazing operator certification with this form. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. After your application is received, we will contact you regarding the required attachments (ID copy, 2 passport photos, Pre-WPS/WPS matching the certificate scope, existing certificates if any).
