Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT) Level 2 — EN ISO 9712 Preparation
Level 2 training for detecting and evaluating surface-breaking discontinuities by the penetrant method.
The course covers classification of penetrant systems (water-washable, post-emulsifiable, solvent-removable; visible and fluorescent), pre-cleaning, penetrant and developer dwell times, wash control and evaluation lighting. Participants learn to classify linear, non-linear and aligned indications.
The programme includes system sensitivity verification (control panels / test block), temperature effects and equipment control. Preparation for the EN ISO 9712 Level 2 certification examination is provided.

Who should attend?
Personnel holding PT Level 1 or equivalent experience, weld and casting quality control technicians.
