ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Training
Hands-on training on planning, conducting and reporting internal quality management system audits.
The course combines the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, the process approach and risk-based thinking with internal audit principles guided by ISO 19011. Participants learn to build an audit programme, prepare checklists, gather evidence (interview, observation, record review) and report nonconformities based on objective evidence.
The programme includes grading of nonconformities, root cause analysis and follow-up of corrective actions. Audit interviewing is practised through case studies and role-play.
